NOVELTY - The sensor has a polymer nanofiber substrate, an electrode layer and a humidity sensing layer that are stacked sequentially, where raw materials for preparation of the polymer nanofiber substrate include thermoplastic elastomers, and porosity of the polymer nanometre fiber substrate is 10 to 50 %. Thickness of the polymer nanometre fiber substrate is 10-50 microns. Thickness of the electrode layer is 0.1-1.0 microns. Thickness of the humidity sensing layer is 1-5 microns. The electrode layer comprises an interdigital electrode layer, where material of the electrode layer comprises conductive metal, one-dimensional conductive material and two-dimensional conductive material, and the material of the humidity sensing layer comprises oxidized graphene, multi-layer MXenes, modified multi-layer MXenes with polydopamine hydrophilicity and polyvinyl alcohol. USE - Humidity sensor for use as a wearable electronic device. Uses include but are not limited to human health condition evaluation, emotion analysis, sports and production safety fields. ADVANTAGE - The humidity sensor has excellent ventilation property, and ensures that the response/recovery time of the humidity is fast and the humidity response value is high.
