▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of silicon dioxide/cobalt (II) oxide/graphene composite anode material comprises mixing 0.5-1.5 g cobaltous nitrate hexahydrate, 2-15 ml oleic acid and 0.5-1.5 g silicon dioxide powder in 10-100 ml absolute ethanol, dispersing mixture, transferring to high-pressure reactor, reacting at 100-150 degrees C for 2-14 hours and 160-180 degrees C for 2-14 hours, washing, drying with anhydrous ethanol to obtain cobalt modified silicon dioxide, dispersing 15-30 mg graphene oxide in 10-100 ml anhydrous ethanol, adding cobalt modified silicon dioxide, transferring mixture to high-pressure reactor, reacting for 2-24 hours at 140-180 degrees C and freeze drying. USE - The method is for preparation of silicon dioxide/cobalt (II) oxide/graphene composite anode material. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent electrochemical performance.
