NOVELTY - Super wear-resistant non-stick coating comprises 100-200 pts. wt. polyamide resin, 40-67 pts. wt. carbon powder, 80-133 pts. wt. silicon powder, 50-100 pts. wt. nano calcium chloride, 15-20 pts. wt. graphene, 30-60 pts. wt. mica powder, 0-30 pts. wt. amino resin, 1-5 pts. wt. dispersant and 20-50 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Used as super wear-resistant non-stick coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has high hardness and good non-stickiness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing a super wear-resistant non-stick coating, comprising (i) dissolving firstly graphene in a part of the solvent, dissolving carbon powder and silicon powder into it to obtain a first mixture, sealing first mixture in a stainless steel vacuum tank, evacuating, protecting by argon gas, taking stainless steel ball as a grinding medium, taking planetary ball mill for dry grinding at 150-300 rpm, ball-material ratio of 20-30:1 and ball milling for 18-36 hours to obtain a second mixture; (ii) adding polyamide resin, nano calcium chloride, mica powder, amino resin, dispersant and remaining solvent into the second mixture, mixing, grinding, dispersing and filtering to obtain a coating; and (iii) spraying the coating on the surface of the base of the metal pan, and baking at 200-300 degrees C for 10-30 minutes.
