▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Exothermic vinyl containing graphene, comprises a base (100) obtained by mixing 80 wt.% polyethylene and 20 wt.% graphene powder in form of nanoparticles, and containing a lower layer, a lower plate (200) laminated on top of the base, and an upper plate (300) laminated on top of the lower plate. USE - Used as exothermic vinyl containing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The exothermic vinyl minimizes heat loss, saves energy, prevents condensation phenomenon, and improves heating efficiency of winter season. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing exothermic vinyl containing graphene, comprising (a) extrusion-molding molten mixture containing 80 wt.% polyethylene and 20 wt.% graphene powder in the form of nanoparticles to form base, (b) extruding a molten mixture containing 80 wt.% polyethylene and 20 wt.% graphene powder in the form of nanoparticles to obtain lower plate, (c) extruding a molten mixture molten mixture containing 80 wt.% polyethylene and 20 wt.% graphene powder in the form of nanoparticles to obtain an upper plate, (d) adhering the obtained base, the lower plate and the upper plate in an overlapping manner using an adhesive to produce exothermic vinyl.
