NOVELTY - Lithium-ion pouch cell-corrosion aluminum plastic film comprises a heat-sealing layer, a first function layer, an aluminum foil layer, a second function a protective layer, the first and function layers are composed of modified polyurethane and self-repairing micro-capsule. The preparation of the lithium-ion pouch cell-corrosion aluminum plastic film comprises (i) uniformly mixing the modified polyurethane and self-repairing micro-capsule according to certain proportion, coating on one surface of the aluminum foil, forming a first function layer, and compounding the heat sealing layer to the surface function; and (ii) uniformly mixing the modified polyurethane and self-repairing micro-capsule according to certain proportion, coating on the other surface of the aluminum foil, forming a second function layer, and compounding the protective layer to the surface function. USE - Used as lithium-ion pouch cell-corrosion aluminum-plastic film. ADVANTAGE - The plastic film replaces the conventional bonding layer, and improves the safety performance of the lithium-ion pouch cell, improves the impedance of the hole, prevents the short circuit in the battery to cause thermal runaway, realizes the core can quickly react to reach the effect of self- repairing after flowing out, and keeps the complete puncture part and has bonding function, anti-electrolyte corrosion.
