▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing carbon/epoxy resin thermally conductive composite material, involves (i) preparing a three-dimensional network-shaped carbon material precursor by adopting a salt template method by preparing a solution using sodium chloride and glucose, and spray-drying to obtain a white precursor powder, (ii) placing the white precursor powder in a tubular furnace, heating at 700-800 degrees C for a period of time under a protective gas atmosphere, and catalytically growing graphene to obtain black precursor powder, (iii) removing the sodium chloride template on the surface of the graphene from the black precursor powder by suction filtration and washing method, and vacuum-drying to obtain three-dimensional network-shaped carbon material, and (iv) performing melt blending using three-dimensional network-shaped carbon material as a heat-conducting filler and epoxy resin, and solidifying and forming. USE - The method is useful for preparing carbon/epoxy resin thermally conductive composite material.
