NOVELTY - An anti-crack transmission belt comprises 100 parts mass styrene-butadiene rubber, 10-20 parts mass carbon black, 5-10 parts mass metal oxide filler, 10-40 parts mass vulcanized silicone rubber, 2-10 parts mass thermoplastic elastomer, 0.1-1 part mass liquid paraffin, and optionally antioxidant, antiaging agent and anti-UV agent suitable for styrene-butadiene rubber system. The metal oxide filler comprises more than 50 %mass zirconia, and remaining zinc oxide, iron oxide and magnesium oxide. The thermoplastic elastomer is chosen from styrene-butadiene-styrene, styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene and styrene-ethylene-propylene-styrene. USE - Anti-crack transmission belt. ADVANTAGE - The anti-crack transmission belt has excellent mechanical performance, wear resistance and tensile resistance, and long service life. The coupling agent can enhance the bonding force between organic phase and inorganic phase, thus improving cohesion property.
