▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - New water-borne epoxy zinc-rich primer is composed of A component and B component, where A component comprises 64-72 pts. wt. zinc powder, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. graphene, 2-4 pts. wt. hydrophilic solvent and 25-31 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy curing agent. The component B is aqueous epoxy resin emulsion. The aqueous epoxy resin emulsion is composed of 18-20 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 3-5 pts. wt. emulsifying agent and 45-55 pts. wt. water. The ratio of component A and the component B is 5:1. USE - New water-borne epoxy zinc-rich primer. ADVANTAGE - The new water-borne epoxy zinc-rich primer is cost-effective, and has good anticorrosive performance and good waterproof performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing new water-borne epoxy zinc-rich primer, which involves: (A) weighing the zinc powderaccording to the proportion, graphene, a hydrophilic solvent, surfactant, aqueous epoxycuring agent, E20 epoxy resin, epoxy emulsifying agent and de-ionized water; (B) mixing the aqueous epoxy curing agent; (C) adding hydrophilic solvent to stir; (D) stirring uniformly to obtain the mixed solution; (E) adding graphene into the mixed solution; (F) forming a uniformly dispersed graphene dispersion after 30 minutes of ultrasound for use; (G) adding the weighed zinc powder to the graphene dispersion prepared; (H) stirring at a stirring speed of 400-600r/min, for 5-8min; (I) grinding for 1-3h after stirring; (J) passing through a 100 mesh sieve; (K) mixing the weighed E20 epoxy resin and epoxy emulsifier; (L) stirring for 1-3h; (M) reducing the temperature to 60 degrees C; (N) adding weighed 50% deionized water dropwise to the mixed emulsion within 1h; (O) adding water; (P) stirring at rotation speed of 900-1100r/min to obtain the B-component aqueous epoxy resin emulsion; (Q) mixing the A-component graphene zinc powder slurry prepared B-component aqueous epoxy resin emulsion prepared at a mass ratio of 5:1; (R) stirring and dispersing uniformly; and (S) passing through a 100-mesh sieve, where filtrate obtained is the water-based epoxy zinc-rich primer.
