NOVELTY - Preparation of tin dioxide/graphene composite material involves mixing large scale graphite, concentrated sulfuric acid and potassium permanganate at 40-60 degrees C for 50-60 minutes in a mass ratio of 5:10-15:0.1-0.2 to obtain expanded graphite, mixing tin chloride, expanded graphite, organic solvent and water to obtain precursor solution, subjecting precursor solution to hydrothermal reaction, centrifuging, filtering, washing with water, drying to obtain solid powder and heat-treating solid powder at 500-600 degrees C. USE - Preparation of tin dioxide/graphene composite material for anode material of lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of tin dioxide/graphene composite material with improved electrochemical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for tin dioxide/graphene composite material prepared by the method.
