▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The preparation of large area graphene material, involves adding graphene oxide to ethylenediamine at mass ratio of 1:(100-600), adding diethylenetriamine, triethylenetetramine and p-phenylenediamine, ultrasonically dispersing with ultrasonic intensity of 60-90% for 30-60 minutes, immediately after dispersion, transferring to three-necked flask, stirring, heating at 100-200 degrees C for 20-24 hours, evenly coating the reaction solution and polishing, cleaning using anhydrous ethanol, drying and heating at 100-160 degrees C for 2-6 hours. USE - Preparation of large area graphene material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of large area graphene material with high heat conduction property by simple process.
