▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing conductive rubber gloves comprises (1) mixing 2-50 pts. wt. graphite raw material, 3-30 pts. wt. stripping medium and 45-95 pts. wt. water, and ball milling to obtain slurry containing oligo-layer graphene, where the stripping medium is cellulose, sodium salt of cellulose, polysaccharide polymer and/or casein, (2) taking 50-95 pts. wt. pre-vulcanized latex emulsion, 3-50 pts. wt. oligo-layer graphene-containing slurry and 2-5 pts. wt. thickening agent, and stirring and mixing to obtain graphene-latex composite slurry with preset viscosity, (3) dipping cotton glove blanks or knitted glove blanks impregnated with coagulant into graphene-latex composite slurry, and performing homogenizing treatment, or soaking hand mold that has been cleaned, dipping in solidifying agent and drying into graphene latex composite slurry, and performing homogenizing treatment, and (4) high temperature vulcanizing to produce conductive rubber gloves containing graphene. USE - The method is useful for preparing conductive rubber gloves. ADVANTAGE - The method: meets the requirements of the production of conductive gloves; reaches the surface resistance of the conductive gloves to 105-106 Omega, so that the gloves can control the touch screen; and has low material cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for conductive rubber glove prepared by the preparation method.
