▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene comprises dispersing graphite oxide in aromatic alcohol solvent to obtain dispersing solution of graphite oxide; subjecting dispersing solution of graphite oxide to solvothermal reaction at 120-350 degrees C and 0.1-10 MPa for 0.1-5 hours; cooling to obtain aromatic alcohol dispersing solution of graphene; and separating aromatic alcohol dispersing solution of graphene to obtain graphene. USE - Preparation of graphene used for battery material, conductive coating, anti-static coating, semiconducting material, or electric conduction and heat conduction composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method has short operation process and uses non-poisonous and recyclable solvent. It prepares graphene with high conductivity and high yield.
