NOVELTY - A heat-dissipating sheet consists of a metal layer (10), a graphene layer (20), a protective layer (30), an adhesive layer (40) having primary surface and secondary surface, and a release layer (50) in contact with secondary surface of the adhesive layer. The metal layer and graphene layer have primary surface and secondary surface. The protective layer consists of a substrate layer (30b) having primary surface and secondary surface, and a pigment layer (30a). The heat-dissipating sheet has a thermal conductivity of 70 W/mK or more in a horizontal direction. USE - Heat-dissipating sheet is used for electronic device (claimed) e.g. television, notebook computer, and mobile phone. ADVANTAGE - The heat-dissipating sheet has excellent durability and heat-dissipating property, and high thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A heat-dissipating sheet consists of a metal layer, a graphene layer, a protective layer, an adhesive layer having primary surface and secondary surface, and a release layer in contact with secondary surface of the adhesive layer. The metal layer and graphene layer have primary surface and secondary surface. The primary surface of adhesive layer is contacted with the secondary surface of the metal layer. The secondary surface of graphene layer is contacted with the primary surface of metal layer. The protective layer consists of a substrate layer having primary surface and secondary surface, and a pigment layer in contact with the primary surface of substrate layer. The secondary surface of substrate layer is contacted with the primary surface of graphene layer. The heat-dissipating sheet has a thermal conductivity of 70 W/mK or more in horizontal direction.
