NOVELTY - A thermally and electrically conductive anisotropic graphene/metal matrix composite material comprises metallic material as substrate and doped graphene. The graphene is sheet layer structure inserted in metallic substrate. USE - Thermally and electrically conductive anisotropic graphene/metal matrix composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method has greatly reduced sintering temperature, increased preparation speed, low cost, and simple and convenient to obtain metal substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite material comprising mixing high-purity ultrafine metal powder and aqueous graphene solution in absolute ethanol medium, high-speed milling, and mixing to obtain metal powder slurry, vacuum-drying, and sieving to obtain metal powder composite powder; and adding into graphite mold, molding to 10-100 MPa, placing into spark plasma sintering apparatus, sintering under vacuum or protective atmosphere, and controlling pressure and heating rate.
