NOVELTY - High temperature corrosion resistant composite material with excellent mechanical property comprises 1-3.5 pts. wt. curing agent, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. polymerization inhibitor, 60-100 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 100-150 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 0-5 pts. wt. toner, 50-120 pts. wt. reinforced glass fiber, 20-40 pts. wt. polyphenylene sulfide resin, 0.05-1 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 60-120 pts. wt. unsaturated resin, 15-45 pts. wt. low shrink resin, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 5-12 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 10-30 pts. wt. polyurethane resin, and 10-30 pts. wt. flame retardant. USE - Used as high temperature corrosion resistant composite material with excellent mechanical property. ADVANTAGE - The material: has high tensile strength, high bending strength, high impact strength, high thermal deformation temperature and excellent corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing high temperature corrosion resistant composite material with excellent mechanical property comprising (i) adding unsaturated resin, low shrink resin, polyurethane resin, polyphenylene sulfide resin, graphene oxide into the stirring barrel, then adding curing agent, polymerization inhibitor and pulping for 15-30 minutes to obtain mixed liquid, (ii) mixing the calcium carbonate, aluminium hydroxide, zinc stearate, flame retardant, adding to a kneading machine, stirring for 3-8 minutes at the temperature of less than 40degreesC, (iii) adding the pulped mixed liquid resin in the kneader, (iv) kneading for 8-12 minutes, adding reinforced glass fiber, toner, magnesium oxide, controlling kneading temperature at below 45degreesC, kneading and stirring for 15-20 minutes, discharging the material obtained by discharging material.
