▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - SiC aerogel high temperature thermal insulation material, is new. The density of SiC airgel is 0.025-0.15 g/cm3, the compressive strength under 20% compressive strain is 0.2-0.8 MPa. The thermal conductivity at 1000°C under 0.1MPa argon atmosphere is 0.205-0.329 W/(m.K). USE - The silicon carbide aerogel high temperature thermal insulation material is useful in field of high-temperature heat insulation ADVANTAGE - The method has a simple production process, a short production period, and is environmentally friendly. The obtained SiC airgel high-temperature heat insulation material has low density, less impurities, good mechanical properties and excellent high-temperature heat insulation performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the SiC airgel high-temperature insulation material, comprising (a) diluting graphene oxide dispersion liquid with water, stirring evenly, carrying out ultrasonic treatment to diluted graphene oxide dispersion liquid, during the ultrasonic treatment, the temperature of the dispersion is controlled to be not more than 40°C, mixing the graphene oxide dispersion with the reducing agent to obtain a graphene oxide sol, (b) subjecting the graphene oxide sol to solvothermal treatment, cooling, taking out to obtain reduced graphene oxide gel, (c) freeze-drying the reduced graphene oxide gel, returning to room temperature to prepare graphene aerogel, and (d) subjecting the graphene aerogel to high-temperature cracking, laying the lower part of the graphene aerogel with a silicon source, evacuating, filling with argon as a protective atmosphere, carrying out carbothermal reduction, heat preserving, performing high-temperature gas-phase siliconizing reaction, heat preserving, and cooling
