▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing complex material based on vertical polymer film array comprises (i) cutting the polymer film into multiple films of the same shape and size, and opening multiple through holes on the surface of the films to obtain unit films, (ii) uniformly coating the substrate on the surface of the unit film to obtain unit complex material, (iii) stacking multiple unit complex materials layer by layer so that the prepared through holes are filled with the coated matrix to obtain a complex material block, (iv) hot pressing the complex material block, and uniformly cutting the complex material block in the direction perpendicular to the surface of the unit complex material to obtain multiple complex film blocks with the same thickness, and (v) splicing the complex film blocks to form a large-area vertical high-molecular film array, and heating. USE - The method is useful for preparing complex material based on vertical polymer film array. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the interface bonding performance of the graphene film; overcomes the low strength caused by the extremely weak interlayer bonding force between the graphene film layers, and obtains a complex material with high thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the complex material based on vertical polymer film array prepared by above mentioned method.
