NOVELTY - Heating structure comprises a lower heating piece used to be arranged at the bottom of the furnace cavity. The lower heating piece comprises a thick film heating plate and a first graphene heating plate. The first graphene heating plate is arranged around the thick film heating plate. The side of the thick film heating plate facing the top of the furnace cavity is provided with a water storage area. The water storage area is a groove. The groove is a circular groove, a square groove or an elliptical groove. The surface of the first graphene heating plate that faces the bottom of the furnace cavity is a silk-screened surface. USE - The heating structure is useful for setting in cavity of steaming oven (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The structure: achieves the purpose of steaming food; heats the food in the form of heat radiation; has high heating efficiency than traditional heating pipes and heating plates; does not need to be provided with a heating pipe, which prevents heating pipe from occupying the space of the oven cavity of steaming oven; and is excellent to enlarge the accommodating space of the oven cavity.
