▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Method for three-dimensional printing functional hydrogel wound dressing comprises e.g. (1) preparing printing ink containing 0-3 wt.% TO-cellulose nano fiber, 5-30 wt.% gelatin methacryloyl, and 0.5 wt.% photoinitiator, (2) screening printing parameters of ink, determining printable ink density and printing parameters, (3) joining gelatin methacryloyl-dopamine in printable ink, preparing composite ink containing 5-20% gelatin methacryloyl-dopamine, (4) adding polydopamine-reduced graphene oxide to composite ink, controlling content of polydopamine-reduced graphene oxide to 0-8 mg/ml, (5) passing composite ink into a syringe, centrifugally defoaming, and pre-cooling in refrigerator, and (6) placing syringe containing the pre-cooled composite ink into extrusion three-dimensional printer, carrying out three-dimentional printing of the composite hydrogel using printable ink concentration determined and the printing speed and extrusion pressure. USE - The method is useful for preparing three-dimensional printing functional hydrogel wound dressing, which is useful in field of biological material. ADVANTAGE - The hydrogel has good photo-thermal antibacterial performance, conductivity, hemostasis and biological degradability, capable of maintaining wound wet and promoting wound healing function.
