▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Production of Zylon (RTM: poly(p-phenylene-2,6-benzobisoxazole) (PBO) fibers) involves providing a coating on the Zylon (RTM: poly(p-phenylene-2,6-benzobisoxazole) (PBO) fibers). The coating comprises graphene oxide crosslinked by polymerization with glutaraldehyde and resorcinol. USE - Production of Zylon (RTM: poly(p-phenylene-2,6-benzobisoxazole) fibers) used for laminate material for airship hull for lighter-than-air vehicle (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables production of Zylon (RTM: poly(p-phenylene-2,6-benzobisoxazole) fibers) having increased resistance against UV-caused degradation, excellent light resistivity, and is capable of providing airship having high altitude. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (i) Zylon (RTM: poly(p-phenylene-2,6-benzobisoxazole) (PBO) fibers); (ii) laminate material, which comprises a reinforcing fiber layer comprising Zylon (RTM: poly(p-phenylene-2,6-benzobisoxazole) fibers); (ii) airship hull, which comprises a fiber layer comprising the Zylon (RTM: poly(p-phenylene-2,6-benzobisoxazole) fibers); (iii) lighter-than-air vehicle; and (iv) use of Zylon (RTM: poly(p-phenylene-2,6-benzobisoxazole) fibers)-coated with graphene oxide crosslinked with glutaraldehyde and resorcinol for reducing degradation of Zylon (RTM: poly(p-phenylene-2,6-benzobisoxazole) fibers) caused by exposure to light, UV radiation or chemical reactions.
