NOVELTY - A graphene composite material comprises a lithium-manganese-iron phosphate compound (I), 0.5-5 %mass graphene and 0.2-12 %mass carbon nanotube. USE - Graphene composite material is used as cell positive material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene composite material has excellent conductivity and reduced electrical resistivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene composite material comprises a lithium-manganese-iron phosphate compound of formula: LiMn1-xFexPO4 (I), where x is 0.15-0.45, 0.5-5 %mass graphene and 0.2-12 %mass carbon nanotube. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene composite material, which involves using lithium source, manganese source, iron source, phosphorus source, ionic liquid, carbon nanotube, zinc nano-wire, complexing agent and slag system comprising 75-85 %mass calcium fluoride, 12-18 %mass alumina and 4-6 %mass calcium oxide.
