NOVELTY - High-strength wedding gauze cloth which is made of high-strength composite monofilament by weaving. The monofilament comprises a wear-resistant outer layer including 70-80 pts. wt. polyhexamethylene adipamide, 10-13 pts. wt. polysebacates , 1-3 pts. wt. carboxylated carbon nanotube, 5-7 pts. wt. graphene, 5-6.5 pts. wt. nano silicon dioxide, 8-10 pts. wt. lubricant, 7-9.5 pts. wt. dispersant and 75-120 pts. wt. plant fiber, the middle layer comprises 55-65 wt.% Egyptian long-staple cotton and 15-20 wt.% blended bamboo fiber and the bamboo fiber is warp, the reinforcing layer comprises 80-85 pts. wt. polyhexamethylene adipamide, 20-25 pts. wt. polysebacates , 5-6 pts. wt. boron nitride nanosheet, 3-4.5 pts. wt. nano silicon dioxide, 6-7.5 pts. wt. lubricant, 4-5.5 pts. wt. dispersant and the inner layer comprises 40-50 wt.% plant fiber and 50-60 wt.% European root yarn, the diameter of the plant fiber is 8.85 um and the size is 190 dtex. USE - The cloth is useful for making a wedding dress for wedding ceremony and wedding banquet. ADVANTAGE - The cloth improves sweat and perspiration efficiency and improves practicability and novelty. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high-strength wedding gauze cloth comprising (a) taking wear-resistant outer layer, middle layer, reinforcing layer and inner layer, drying, preparing uniformly, (b) feeding the mixed wear-resistant outer layer raw material into a double -screw extruder, melting into a wear-resistant outer layer mixed melt, (c) feeding the mixed middle-layer raw material into double-screw extruder, melting into a middle-layer mixed melt, (d) feeding the mixed reinforcing layer raw material into a double-screw extruder to melt into a reinforcing layer mixed melt, (e) feeding the mixed inner layer raw material into a double -screw extruder to be melted into an inner layer mixed melt, (f) placing the wear-resistant outer layer mixed melt, middle layer mixed melt, reinforcing layer mixed melt and inner layer mixed melt into a composite spinning machine, distributing the melt, spraying from the composite spinneret to obtain the wear-resistant outer layer strip, the middle layer strip, the reinforcing layer strip and the inner layer strip, cooling by blowing, oiling, stretching and rolling to obtain each part of high strength composite monofilament, (g) warp-knitting the each part of high-strength composite monofilament to obtain high-strength wedding gauze cloth, (h) treating the high-strength wedding gauze cloth with moisture absorption and perspiration and (i) obtaining the high strength wedding gauze cloth.
