NOVELTY - The device has a reversed character image generation unit including a graphene image processing unit (20), and a consonant image conversion unit generating a preliminary inverted image by inverting an image. A consonant is converted into a preliminary modified collection image by applying an augmentation technique. A character region extraction unit extracts character region images from the preliminary inverted consonant and preliminary corrected vowel images. A reversed character augmentation unit augments the reversed character data set. An artificial intelligence learning unit (50) recognizes reversed characters through an artificial intelligence model. USE - Apparatus for recognizing reversed characters using artificial intelligence. ADVANTAGE - The device recognizes the reversed characters through the artificial intelligence model learning using the reversed character data set including the large number of reversed character images in an effective manner.
