NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene photocurable resin nanomaterial, involves preparing graphene oxide, dripping acrylic acid to mixture of epoxy resin, N,N-dimethylaniline and hydroxyanisole, heating to obtain prepolymer, adding graphene oxide, trimethylolpropane triacrylate monomer and photoinitiator, mixing, ultrasonically mixing, removing the bubbles in vacuum to obtain casting solution. The molar ratio of epoxy resin and acrylic acid is 1:1-3. The molar ratio of acrylic acid and N,N-dimethylaniline is 1:1-2. The molar ratio of epoxy resin and hydroxyanisole is 1:5-100. USE - Method for preparing graphene photocurable resin nanomaterial (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of graphene photocurable resin nanomaterial with maximum curing rate of 96.6%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing graphene photocurable resin nanomaterial, involves (1) preparing graphene oxide, (2) dripping acrylic acid to mixture of epoxy resin, N,N-dimethylaniline and hydroxyanisole at 60 degrees C, heating at 100-110 degrees C until the acid value is between 4-5 mg potassium hydroxide/g, stop heating, obtaining prepolymer, (3) adding graphene oxide to prepolymer, adding trimethylolpropane triacrylate monomer and photoinitiator, mixing in dark room for 0.5-1 hour, ultrasonically mixing for 0.5-1 hour, removing the bubbles in vacuum to obtain casting solution. The molar ratio of epoxy resin and acrylic acid is 1:1-3. The molar ratio of acrylic acid and N,N-dimethylaniline is 1:1-2. The molar ratio of epoxy resin and hydroxyanisole is 1:5-100. The mass ratio of graphene oxide and prepolymer is 1:5-500. The mass ratio of graphene oxide and trimethylolpropane triacrylate monomer is 1:10-100. The quality of photoinitiator is 1.5-4.0% of epoxy resin. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for casting method of casting solution, which involves irradiating casting solution and curing by UV laser.
