▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nanocomposite comprises a polymer precursor composition comprising first monomer component containing at least two mercapto (-SH) groups and second monomer component containing at least two alkene groups. The nanocomposite obtained through a thiol-ene click photopolymerization reaction by irradiating light on a nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot (N-GQD). The first monomer component and/or the second monomer component contains at least one carbonyl groups. USE - The nanocomposite is useful in photoconversion device as electrode for solar cell (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanocomposite maintains unique optical properties of the graphene quantum dot. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) producing nanocomposite comprising (a) preparing solution containing nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots, (b) preparing mixed solution by adding polymer precursor composition including first monomer component containing at least two mercapto groups and second monomer component containing at least two in the nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dot-containing solution, and (c) irradiating the mixed solution with UV rays to form nanocomposite through thiol-ene click photopolymerization reaction; and (2) photoconversion device comprising the nanocomposite.
