▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The graphene structure (100) comprises a graphene layer between two plates, and a surface plasmon polariton (SPP) unit is generated, and is ninety-nine point nine per cent within a gap between the two plates. The graphene layer is of a particular length, and it generates an entanglement of optical and voltage fields. The structure requires a driving microwave voltage that is less than ten volts. An upper, and lower SPP sideband are each generated at particular frequencies. The microwave signal, and the lower SPP sideband are entangled based on a particular pump intensity. The entanglement versus the SPP pump intensity is based on optimum length. USE - Graphene structure for microwave-optical entanglement. ADVANTAGE - The graphene structure achieves a wideband entanglement of microwave, and optical fields with a large tunability.
