▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A micro-nanosphere-graphene gas sensor comprises a substrate, an interdigital electrode and a gas-sensitive coating. The interdigital electrode is arranged above the substrate. The gas-sensitive coating covers the surface of the interdigital electrode at least partially. The gas-sensitive coating comprises a micro-nanosphere-graphene composite material. The graphene is coated on the surface of the micro-nanosphere. USE - Micro-nanosphere-graphene gas sensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The micro-nanosphere-graphene gas sensor a high response value and strong repeating stability when compared with pure graphene gas sensor, and no significant attenuation of response value with increase in thickness of gas-sensitive coating. The micro-nanosphere-graphene three-dimensional conductive network structure can be used as a general template of graphene gas sensor to improve the performance of the sensor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of micro-nanosphere-graphene gas sensor.
