DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene oxide layer comprising adding surface-functionalized graphene oxide with azide and alkyne groups, dispersing in dimethylformamide solvent, and sonicating; and adding cuprous bromide and N,N,N',N,'N''-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine, reacting under nitrogen atmosphere, dialyzing, filtering, washing with EDTA aqueous solution, drying, and covalently connecting, where ratio of azido and alkynyl functionally modified graphene oxide is 1:1.
