NOVELTY - Constructing flameproof and anti-freezing graphene inorganic coating comprises cleaning surface of object to be sprayed to be dust-free, placing white latex paint and coupling agent into a stirring device with heating function, painting mixed latex paint on the surface of the epoxy resin layer, spraying silica particles on the surface of the latex paint by the sandblaster when the latex paint, mixing silicon carbide particles with color pigments, uniformly stirring and mixing dyed silicon carbide particles and the ceramic powder, adding Portland cement and alumina-magnesia cement to mix with water respectively, and coating surface of protective layer, adding silicate cement and aluminum magnesium oxide cement, paving the mineral wool plate in the inner part, embedding expanded perlite particles in the silicate cement and aluminum magnesium oxide cement, mixing the oleophobic coating and fine aggregate, and uniformly coating on acrylic coating to form hydrophobic layer. ADVANTAGE - The coating has excellent flameproof performance, and prevents the coating from burning under the baking of open flame, and improves the protective performance of the coating. The epoxy resin material has strong ductility, and the stability under the condition of temperature change, and ensures the whole structure strength of coating in the low temperature environment, avoids the components in the coating to reduce the volume in the lower temperature environment to cause crack.
