NOVELTY - Water-in-oil emulsion adhesive comprises 20-80 pts. wt. binder, 50-130 pts. wt. organic solvent, 1-5 pts. wt. hydrophobic inorganic material, 0.1-5 pts. wt. modifier and 50-250 pts. wt. water, where the modifier is polymer ammonium salts containing acrylic acid or acrylate structure. USE - The water-in-oil emulsion adhesive is useful in spraying construction operations. ADVANTAGE - The water-in-oil emulsion adhesive has low viscosity, fast film formation and good stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparation of the water-in-oil emulsion adhesive comprising (S1) dissolving the binder in an organic solvent to obtain a basic glue, (S2) mixing the hydrophobic inorganic material with the modifier, and then performing grinding treatment to obtain mixture, and (S3) mixing the basic glue and mixture with water, and then performing dispersion treating to obtain the product.
