NOVELTY - The device has an aluminum foil reflective sheet whose two ends are connected with a belt. A middle surface of the belt is provided with a shield. The belt is wound on a roller. The roller is fixed on inner side ends of an aluminum alloy frame that drive an electric motor. The electric motor is fixed on an outer surface of the aluminum alloy frame. A controller, a temperature sensor and a power supply are connected with a circuit in a series manner. The temperature sensor is arranged in a vacuum heat collecting pipe. The controller starts the motor to drive the roller. USE - Graphene composite phase-change material heat-collecting solar water heating device.
