NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene film involves sequentially arranging graphene film/copper foil composite film structure and polyacrylonitrile fiber film/copper foil composite film structure in a quartz cavity component along the airflow direction of the carrier gas, introducing carrier gas, heating and carrying out gas phase reaction. USE - Preparation of graphene film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and efficient preparation of graphene film with improved transparency and conductivity.
