▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-supported thiadiazole complex containing furfural reactive group is claimed. The complex is obtained by chemical loading furaldehyde-(5-(p-methylphenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-mercapto)-acetylhydrazone in molecular layer of graphene molecular oxygen functional groups active site. USE - The reactive group is useful as rust inhibitor to protect seawater corrosive media (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The reactive group has small dosage, high performance, sustained role ability, and inhibits corrosion of carbon steel damage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing graphene-supported thiadiazole complex containing furfural reactive group comprising (i) adding potassium permanganate and graphite sheet into concentrated sulfuric acid mixed system with graphite mass fraction of 35% in a mass ratio of 1:1.1 after sulfate-intercalation, permanganate-oxidation and activation to obtain monolayer graphene oxide aqueous suspension, (ii) adding furaldehyde-(5-(p-methylphenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-mercapto)-acetylhydrazone into graphene oxide aqueous suspension, protonated grafting, then adding excessive glucose and reducing; and (2) use of graphene-supported thiadiazole complex containing furfural reactive group as rust inhibitor to protect seawater corrosive media.
