NOVELTY - High fluffy super-soft composite fiber comprises 41.7-43.3 wt.% Polyethylene terephthalate, resin, 36.7-38.3 wt.% polyethylene resin, 2.46-2.84 wt.% toughening agent, 1.64-2.06 wt.% compatibilizer, 0.92-1.18 wt.% antioxidant, 1.54-1.86 wt.% anti-aging agent, and nano filler. The nano-filler comprises 16.4-17.4 wt.% hydrogel, 18.2-19.1 wt.% nano-cellulose gas gel, 12.5-13.1 wt.% graphene, 15.5-16.1 wt.% nano-silver, 14.5-16.1 wt.% nano titanium dioxide, and nano tin antimony oxide. The toughening agent is acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer and the antioxidant comprises hydroquinone, thiobisphenol, diphenylamine and/or p-phenylenediamine. USE - Used as high fluffy super-soft composite fiber. ADVANTAGE - The high fluffy super-soft composite fiber: has high tensile strength, fluffy elasticity, water-locking, structural stability, bulkiness and flexibility and air-permeable properties and modification performance and safety performance.
