▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Fast adsorption type iron-doped porous constructed wetland filler formed by bonding multiple small particles, fine pore channels are formed between the mutually bonded small particles, and the fine pore channels are communicated inside the constructed wetland filler, and groove on the surface of the constructed wetland filler. USE - The constructed wetland filler is useful in removing nitrogen compounds in sewage, rapid adsorption of ammonia nitrogen, nitrogen biotransformation and applications in microbial extracellular electron transfer (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The constructed wetland filler has good water permeability, large specific surface area, easy attachment of microorganisms, and the formed biofilm is thick and stable, adsorption of ammonia nitrogen is rapid, the adsorption capacity is large, and the combined effect of modified minerals and iron elements strengthens the adsorption effect, iron element couples the removal of nitrogen element, and the enhancement of electron transfer by doping graphene and improves the nitrogen removal effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing artificial wetland filler, comprising (i) uniformly mixing the modified activated carbon powder, modified zeolite powder, reduced iron powder, attapulgite powder, bentonite, pore-forming agent, quartz powder and graphene to form mixture, adding water of 28-32 wt.% mixture, stirring uniformly and extruding to prepare strip wet filler, drying to obtain the strip-shaped dry filler, placing in the high temperature furnace insulating air for 55-65 minutes at 550-600°C, sintering for 55-60 minutes at 900-950°C to obtain the modified strip-shaped dry filler, (ii) crushing the obtained strip-shaped dry filler, sieving to obtain irregular particles with particle size of 7-28 meshes, and (iii) uniformly mixing the small particles with walnut powder with weight of 6-8% of small particles, spraying the surface of the mixture agglomerant water, and continuously stirring the mixture, stopping spraying and stirring when it is plastic, pressing and forming by the mold, and drying.
