NOVELTY - A ratio fluorescent probe comprises probe carrier and fluorescent probe layer provided on a surface of the probe carrier. The fluorescent probe layer is a mixed powder layer of fluorescent graphene oxide and copper nanoclusters. USE - Ratio fluorescent probe is useful for detection of aniline drug (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ratio fluorescent probe detects aniline drug with high sensitivity and accuracy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of ratio fluorescent probe, which involves heating graphene oxide and mixed solution of N,N-dimethylformamide and dichlorosulfoxide, refluxing, washing the obtained solid product, drying, placing in n-butylamine solution, reacting, separating, purifying to obtain fluorescent graphene oxide powder, adding copper salt and carboxyl-containing complexing agent to ultrapure water, adjusting pH, adding poor solvent and reducing agent, mixing, centrifuging the precipitate, drying to obtain copper nanocluster powder, mixing the fluorescent graphene oxide powder and copper nanocluster powder to obtain mixed powder and coating the mixed powder on the surface of the probe carrier; and (2) use of ratio fluorescent probe for detection of aniline drug.
