▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high thermal conducting aluminum graphene composite material, through powder sintering process by incorporating nano size graphene in to aluminum, comprises: (i) milling aluminum powder (10-50 nm) and graphene powder (2-5 nm average thickness, 2-5 layers with 99% purity) with a ratio of 10:1 in a steel jar mill with steel balls; (ii) milling the mix for 8-12 hours with 300 rpm in high energy jar or ball mill to synthesize the green material of 10-20 nm particle size; (iii) subjecting the milled mix (10-20 nm average particle size) under hydraulic press of 1-3 ton pressure to prepare green body using suitable die; (iv) varying percentage of graphene in the green body from 0.1 to 5% of aluminum powder; and (v) sintering green body at 600-640 degrees C for 30-120 minutes under vacuum to prepare the composite with enhanced thermal conductivity up to 410 Wm/K and micro hardness 30-45 VHN. USE - The method is useful for preparing high thermal conducting aluminum graphene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method produces aluminum graphene composite material having high thermal conductivity, while saves energy.
