NOVELTY - The plate has a graphene layer formed in an upper surface of a phosphor plate body. A phosphor pattern layer is formed between the phosphor plate body and the graphene layer. The phosphor plate body comprises inorganic material, fluorescent substance or transparent ceramic material. The graphene layer is made of graphene material. Thickness of the phosphor pattern layer is 50 nm or greater than 50 nm. USE - Phosphor plate for use in a LED element (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene layer is formed in the upper surface of the phosphor plate body, and the phosphor pattern layer is formed between the phosphor plate body and the graphene layer so as to effectively and quickly release heat generated in the LED element along outside direction, so that service life of the LED element can be prolonged, thermal stability and moisture-resistance property of the plate can be improved and chromatic purity of the LED element can be maintained for long time.
