NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene-carbon nanotube composite fiber involves preparing a first hybrid film coated with carbon nanotubes on the upper surface of graphene synthesized on a metal surface, removing metal from the first film to prepare a second hybrid film, and twisting the second film. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene-carbon carbon nanotube composite fiber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of graphene-carbon nanotube composite fiber having excellent mechanical and electrical properties, with reduced amount of material consumption.
