NOVELTY - Room temperature vulcanized neutral silicone weatherproof sealing glue comprises 160-240 pts. wt. base polymer, 30-80 pts. wt. light calcium carbonate, 100-160 pts. wt. heavy calcium carbonate, 3-6 pts. wt. nitrogen doped graphene, 12-30 pts. wt. dimethyl silicone oil, 8-15 pts. wt. chain extender, 13-19 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 2.5-5 pts. wt. coupling agent and 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. catalyst, where base polymer is polydimethylsiloxane having hydroxy groups terminated at both ends, and viscosity of the base polymer at 25 degrees C is 60000-75000 mPa.s. USE - The sealing glue is useful in super high-rise buildings for high displacement caulking; and sealing concrete expansion joints of roads, bridges, and airport runways (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sealing glue: has low tensile modulus, high elasticity, high elastic recovery rate and excellent adhesion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing room temperature vulcanized neutral silicone weatherproof sealing glue comprising (i) mixing the base polymer, dimethyl silicone oil and chain extender, stirring at 45-55 degrees C, adding calcium carbonate and nitrogen doped graphene, stirring and dehydrating to obtain base material, and (ii) mixing base material obtained in step (i), crosslinking agent, coupling agent and catalyst, and stirring to obtain room temperature vulcanized neutral silicone weatherproof sealing glue.
