NOVELTY - The production line has a film roller for mounting a rolled bottom film. A printing unit is fixed on the back side of the film roller. A curing unit is fixed on the back side of the printing unit. A glue spraying unit is provided with a glue groove, a glue spraying mechanism and a film pressing mechanism. A cooling unit is fixed on a back side of a laminating unit. A cooling roller is provided with a cooling cavity. The cooling cavity is connected with a cooling fan through a pipeline, where electronic label is covered and shaped after being cooled from cooling roller. USE - Used as Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) electronic label production line based on graphene conductive slurry. ADVANTAGE - The line: improves production efficiency of RFID electronic label; and reduces manufacturing cost.
