NOVELTY - Method for preparing electro-thermal heating decorative paper involves (a) taking carbon-based materials, surfactants, and/or adhesive, mixing ultrasonic dispersion uniformly, uniformly mixing with water to prepare conductive ink, (b) coating the conductive dye on the decorative base paper by controlling the amount of the coating, (c) drying the dry-heated decorative paper at room temperature, (d) placing the prepared conductive decorative paper on the wood plywood, and hot-pressing by the resin layer, and (e) adding the electro-heating decorative paper with metal electrodes to prepare a composite material with metal electrode, and controlling different input power. USE - Method for preparing electro-thermal heating decorative paper, which is used in varnish paper, pre-coated decorative veneer, high pressure laminate, continuous laminate, coating, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) material, polypropylene (PP) film, and leather and textile fabric. ADVANTAGE - The electro-thermal decorative paper can realize the room heating by simple process control; it reduces the cost and improves the heating efficiency. The emitted near-infrared light has a certain physical therapy effect to human body, it has great significance to research and industrial production of the heating wall paper. The adhesive with negative electricity better improve the viscosity, because of the presence of, surfactant nano-tube and has good dispersibility. The method is simple and mature, it can be combined with industrial mass production. By changing the ink amount can conveniently give different heating performance to the heating decorative paper, meeting the requirement of different scenes. Through heat sealing process, even under the high humidity environment also has stable conductivity. The paper has smooth and surface heating with the raw paper, which can be used for intelligent household heating sensing.
