▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing germanium embedded graphene layer-based three-dimensional carbon network composite material, comprises (i) preparing 1-4 wt.% pluronic F-127 solution, then adding germanium(IV) oxide, and stirring at room temperature for 0.5-1.5 hours to obtain clear and transparent mixed solution, where the mass ratio between germanium(IV) oxide and pluronic F-127 is 1:4, and (ii) adding 10 mg graphene oxide into the mixed solution to obtain black germanium(IV) oxide/pluronic F-127/graphene oxide composite material, stirring vigorously for 0.5-1 hour, adding into 5-40 mg carbon nanotubes, sonicating for 1-1.5 hours, then stirring for 1.5-2.5 hours, uniformly dispersing carbon nanotubes, freeze-drying the sample, and removing the moisture in the sample to obtain a black precursor, where the mass ratio of between graphene oxide and germanium(IV) oxide is 1:10, and the mass ratio between carbon nanotubes and germanium dioxide is 1-8:20. USE - The three-dimensional carbon network composite material is useful in preparing lithium-ion battery cathode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is low cost, efficient, and environmentally-friendly. The composite material: has improved electrical conductivity, and improved electrochemical performance; promotes rapid ion transport; and fully exposes reactive active sites.
