NOVELTY - A heat-conducting column comprises a water-absorbing layer coated with a carbon fiber layer which is coated with a graphene layer. USE - Heat-conducting column is used in heat-dissipation structure of light-emitting diode lamp (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The heat-conducting column has favorable heat transfer effect, and effectively improves cooling effect of 30-80%. The carbon fiber in heat-conducting column has excellent water-absorption property and high thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for light-emitting diode lamp heat-dissipation structure, which comprises a heat-dissipation chamber filled with a phase change solution, and heat-conducting column provided in the heat-dissipation chamber. The heat-conducting column is in contact with the phase change solution.
