NOVELTY - Producing nano-mesh fiber membrane comprises: (1) preparing a graphene oxide dispersion liquid; (2) adding ethylenediamine to the liquid, concentrating, stirring, centrifuging, washing, and drying to obtain graphene oxide black powder; (3) dissolving polyvinyl pyrrolidone in absolute ethyl alcohol to prepare a uniform solution, weighing graphene oxide black powder and adding into polyethylene pyrrolidone in ethyl alcohol solution, carrying out ultrasonic treatment, adding aminopropyl triethoxysilane and pyrene tetrahydrofuran solution, and stirring; (4) performing electrostatic spinning. USE - The method is useful for producing a nano-mesh fiber membrane for nitro explosive vapor detection (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of producing the nano-mesh fiber membrane with low temperature, high sensitivity and short response time characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing nano-mesh fiber membrane comprises: (1) preparing a graphene oxide dispersion liquid using Hummer's method; (2) adding 10 mu g/ml to 60 mg/ml of ethylenediamine to the liquid, concentrating the mixture, stirring at 20-100 degrees C for 8-15 hours, centrifuging, washing, and fully drying at 20-100 degrees C to obtain graphene oxide black powder;(3) dissolving polyvinyl pyrrolidone in 0.025-0.06 g/ml of absolute ethyl alcohol to prepare a uniform solution, weighing 0.005-0.04 g of graphene oxide black powder and adding into 4 ml of polyethylene pyrrolidone in the absolute ethyl alcohol solution, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 0.5-3 hours, adding 50-200 mu l of aminopropyl triethoxysilane and 1 ml of pyrene tetrahydrofuran solution having concentration of 0.05-0.25 mol/l, and stirring the mixture for 2-10 hours to form a mixed solution; (4) adding 5 ml of the mixed solution to 5 ml syringes, performing electrostatic spinning at spinning voltage of 15-30 kV, flow rate of 0.3 ml/hour, and spinning time of 30-1200 seconds, where distance from the syringe needles to a spinning electrostatic collector is 5-20 cm.
