NOVELTY - The structure has a titanium carbide humidity sensor (1) provided with a laser engraving graphene interdigital electrode (2), a titanium carbide/chitosan-quercetin humidity sensitive film (3) and a flexible polyimide film (4). The flexible polyimide film is provided with the laser engraving graphene interdigital electrode. The titanium carbide/chitosan-quercetin humidity sensitive film is fixed on the laser engraving graphene interdigital electrode. The titanium carbide/chitosan-quercetin humidity sensitive film is provided with multiple layers of titanium carbide film and a chitosan-quercetin film. USE - Humidity sensor based on human respiration monitoring titanium carbide antioxidant composite structure. ADVANTAGE - The structure has better stability and quick tracking speed, and can satisfy dynamic instant breath detection requirements.
