▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of composite armor material involves weighing graphene and magnesium alloy powder, ultrasonically-dispersing graphene in alcohol solution to obtain graphene/alcohol mixed solution, adding magnesium alloy powder, stirring to obtain semi-solid paste-like graphene/magnesium alloy mixed powder, drying and crushing without agglomeration. The magnesium alloy comprises aluminum, zinc, manganese, antimony and magnesium. USE - Manufacture of composite armor material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical manufacture of composite armor material using graphene having high dispersibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of composite armor material involves weighing graphene and 200-400-mesh magnesium alloy powder, ultrasonically-dispersing graphene in alcohol solution for 0.5-1 hour to obtain graphene/alcohol mixed solution, adding magnesium alloy powder and then stirring at 100-500 rpm and temperature of 40-60 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain semi-solid paste-like graphene/magnesium alloy mixed powder, drying at 50-60 degrees C for 2-3 hours and crushing without agglomeration. The magnesium alloy comprises 2-10 wt.% aluminum, 0.2-2 wt.% zinc, 0.1-0.6 wt.% manganese, 0.1-2 wt.% antimony and balance amount of magnesium. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for stirring apparatus for manufacturing composite armor material.
