NOVELTY - Detecting analyte, comprises (a) performing electrical polymerization to substitute hydrogen of monomer with boronic acid by applying electrode of polyacrylonitrile polymer, thiophene polymer, pyrrole polymer, carbon nanotube or graphene, (b) exposing the analyte present in electrode solution, or air, and (c) measuring the impedance generated by the electrode. USE - The method is useful for detecting analyte (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can be utilized in biosensor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for electrode comprising a sensor for detecting an analyte, having cis-diol group for measuring impedance, and a cis-diol group receptor.
