NOVELTY - Rare earth-high Z-graphene-composite coating is composed of functional filler and resin matrix, wherein the functional filler is graphene nano-coil with surface orientation arranged with rare earth oxide and high Z material, where the functional filler accounts for 10 to 50 % of the mass fraction of the composite coating. USE - Rare earth-high Z-graphene-composite coating for aerospace-level chip total dose effect protection. ADVANTAGE - The rare earth-high Z-graphene-composite coating can effectively improve the total dose effect irradiation performance of the whole composite coating, and effectively prevent the irradiation to generate degradation and performance degradation to the coating and the substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing rare earth-high Z-graphene-composite coating, which involves adding functional filler with the resin matrix, grinding for 5-10min, by three-roller grinder, obtaining the slurry, then coating on the surface of the protected object, putting in the vacuum drying box, drying for 6h-8h at 30-100degrees Celsius to obtain the product.
