▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A lithium titanate/graphene composite material is formed by orienting and growing crystal face of lithium titanate nano-grain on the graphene sheet facing away from the surface, exposing crystal surface, mutual interweaving of graphene sheets with lithium titanate nanocrystallines which are grown on the surface of graphene sheets to form an interconnected structure to obtain three-dimensional conductive network. USE - Lithium titanate/graphene composite material used as active ingredient of cathode material of lithium ion battery or supercapacitor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has improved contact of lithium titanate and graphene, excellent conductivity and proton conduction efficiency, and high rate performance and cycle performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The lithium titanate is of formula: Li4Ti5O12. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of lithium titanate/graphene composite material, which involves dissolving lithium source and titanium source in a mass ratio of 5:4 in a 0.01 mol/L solvent under inert gas atmosphere.
